Terms and Conditions for More than a Dog Photography Services
1. Services Offered:
1.1. SABL Limited trading as More than a Dog Photography (“Company”) offers dog photography services to clients for personal use.
1.2. The services may include photo sessions, image editing, and the sale of wall art prints and photo books.
2. Booking, Payment and Photo Sessions Packages:
2.1. Clients can book photo sessions through https://morethanadog.co.uk/
2.2. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a photo session date.
2.3. Full payment for the chosen package is due on or before the date of the photo session.
2.4. Gift certificates can be purchased and redeemed for dog photography services and products only.
2.5. The contents of our photo session package are bundled and non-negotiable. This means that individual components of the package, such as included prints or credits, cannot be separated or used independently. For example, if you choose not to use a particular component of the package, its value cannot be applied as a credit or discount toward other products or services. These components are integral parts of the overall package, and their value is included in the total package price.
2.6. Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice.
2.7 Prices for Prints, Wall Art, Photo Books and Digital Images exclude delivery postage and packing
2.8 Postage and packing is calculated on an order by order basis.
2.9 Print credit included with a photo session or gift certificate can only be redeemed once against a single order over £100. In cases where multiple orders arise from a single photo session only one order can use the credit.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
3.1. Cancellation by the client less than 48 hours before the session date may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
3.2. Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before the session without penalty, subject to availability.
4. Image Editing and Delivery:
4.1. The Company will edit and deliver a selection of the best images from the session.
4.2. Editing style is determined by the Company’s artistic judgment and may not be altered after delivery.
4.3. Images will be delivered in digital format via online gallery.
4.4. The Company aims to deliver edited images within a maximum of 4 weeks after the session.
5. Intellectual Property:
5.1. The Company retains the copyright and ownership of all images.
5.2. Clients receive a limited license to use images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.3. Clients may not sell, modify, or use images for commercial purposes without the Company’s explicit permission.
6. Usage and Privacy:
6.1. The Company may use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6.2. Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Responsibility and Animal Welfare:
7.1. The client is solely responsible for the behaviour and actions of their dog(s) during the photo session.
7.2. The welfare of the dog(s) is paramount. The Company reserves the right to terminate any photo session if it deems that the animals are not being treated correctly or are in distress.
8. Liability:
8.1. The Company is not responsible for the behaviour or actions of the dogs during the photo session.
8.2. The Company is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the session.
9. Refunds and Returns:
9.1. Due to the custom nature of the products, refunds and returns are generally not accepted.
9.2. If products are damaged upon delivery, clients must notify the Company within within 48 hours for possible replacement.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By booking a session with SABL Limited trading as More than a Dog Photography, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
